This year we are adding the following features to our existing contracts:

1) Hardware components at cost plus two percent (2%). This includes new machines purchased. Applies to all contract levels!!! Invoices for materials purchased thru our vendors can be provided when requested.

2) Employees can take advantage of your company rates. Employees should let you know when using this service - we may have to verify that they do work for you.

3) Hardware maintenance agreements - Available on a per unit basis, with discounts for multiple machines.

4) Multiple site/location discounts increased (Must be billed with original contract).

5) Contract Levels SC-3 and SC-4 are given direct technical representative access - via IM, mobile phone or email. This is designed to give customers more dedicated onsite time and help desk freedom.

Our contract levels stand as follows:

SC-1 No Monthly Fees - No Discounts allowed - Just good service (Labor Rate $125.00)

SC-2 $99.00 / month - 2 hours free service monthly - 4 help desk calls - discounted labor rates - 8 hour response time (Labor Rate $67.50)

SC-3 $495.00 / month - 10 hours free service monthly - unlimited help desk calls - greatly reduced labor rates - priority response time (Labor Rate $45.00)

SC-4 $275.00 / month - 5 hours free service monthly - 25 help desk calls - highly reduced labor rates - 4 hour response time (Labor Rate $55.00)

***For each Contract Level - multiple sites are billed as follows:

First additional site billed at sixty percent (60%) of contract rate. Two or more additional sites billed at forty percent(40%) of the contract rate each. Additional sites may select different contract levels from the original site as needed, they will still be billed as additional sites accordingly. Example: TG&Y Contracting (Main office) - located in Katy - selects contract Level SC-4, for their satelite office in Spring, they select contract level SC-2 and for their office in Southwest Houston they select contract level SC-2. They will be billed $275.00 monthly for their main office, $40.00 monthly for their Spring office and $40.00 monthly for their office in Southwest Houston, with each office receiving the specified contract features.

We also discount those contracts which are paid annually - 12 months for the price of 10 - for example the SC-4 if paid annually is $2750.00 a discount of $550.00. As usual early payment discounts apply as indicated below:

15-30 days early - 2 % ------- 31-45 days early - 5 % ------ 46-60 days early - 10% ------ over 60 days early - 15%.
